1. What HeartRank is

HeartRank is an entertainment leaderboard. People pay to send “Hearts” — a symbolic, digital show of support — to public X (Twitter) handles, and the leaderboard ranks handles by hearts received. That is the entire product.

2. Hearts have no monetary value

Hearts are not money, currency, credit, points redeemable for value, an investment, or an asset of any kind. They cannot be withdrawn, transferred, exchanged, or converted into anything by anyone — including the person they are sent to. Buying hearts is a voluntary purchase of a symbolic gesture, like applause. All purchases are final and non-refundable, except where required by law or where we reverse a transaction under Section 6.

3. Not a prize, raffle, or gamble

Sending hearts gives you no chance of winning anything, no reward, and no entitlement of any kind. Leaderboard position confers no benefit beyond the display itself.

4. Payments

Payments are processed by Paystack. We never see or store your card or bank details. The amount charged is exactly the amount shown before you pay.

5. Listings and third parties

Listings reference publicly available X handles. A listing does not imply that the handle’s owner endorses, uses, or is affiliated with HeartRank, and hearts sent to a handle create no obligation for its owner. HeartRank is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by X Corp. If you own a listed handle and want it removed, contact us and we will remove it within a reasonable time.

6. Fair play

You may not use HeartRank for fraud, money laundering, impersonation, harassment, or payment abuse (including chargeback abuse). We may reverse transactions, adjust or remove listings and scores, or block access where we reasonably believe activity is fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful.

7. No warranties; limitation of liability

HeartRank is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind. Rankings, counts, and availability may change, pause, or end at any time. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim relating to HeartRank is limited to the amount you paid us in the 30 days before the claim arose.

8. Changes

We may update these terms; the current version will always be at this page, with the date above. Continuing to use HeartRank after a change means you accept the updated terms.
